Transportation information:

You need to go to Yokohama Station from your arrival airport. It is recommended to use PASMO or Suica which is a convenient IC card that can be used for travel and shopping all across Japan.
 

Access to Yokohama Station from Haneda Tokyo International Airport

 

1. By Keikyu Line (train):

Board the Keikyu Airport Line. Take an airport express train bound for Shin-Zushi or Kanazawa-Hakkei which will take you directly to Yokohama Station. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes and costs 370 yen.
 

2. By Limousine Bus:

Direct limousine buses to Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT) which is located a few minutes walk to Yokohama Station are available . The journey takes between 30-60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and costs 590 yen.
 

3. By Taxi:

This would take approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and costs approximately 11,000 yen.

Access to Yokohama Station from Narita International Airport

 

1. By Narita Express (train):

Take the JR Narita Express directly to Yokohama Station. The journey takes approximately 90 minutes and costs approximately 4,200 yen.
 

2. By Limousine Bus:

Direct limousine buses to Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT) which is located a few minutes walk from Yokohama Station are available. The journey takes approximately 120 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and costs 3,700 yen.
 

3. By Taxi:

The journey takes approximately 90 to 120 minutes, depending on traffic conditions, and costs approximately 30,000 JPY.

Access to Yokohama National University from Yokohama Station

 
Several ways to get to Yokohama National University from Yokohama Station, but we recommend taking a taxi or bus. Both options are available from the West Exit of Yokohama Station. The travel time will change depending on traffic condition.
 

By Taxi:

It takes 15 minutes from the West Exit of Yokohama Station to YNU and costs approximately 2,000 yen.
 

By Bus:

It takes 15-20 minutes from the bus terminal at the West Exit of Yokohama Station to Okazakicho which is located near YNU and costs 220 yen.
