On-site venue 

・Power outlets are limited in the venue. Please bring your own  battery/charger. 

・Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue except the Lobby (Refreshment Area).

 ・Please have your lunch outside the venue. There are many restaurants within walking distance of the venue.

・On the first day of your visit, please register at the registration desk on the 1st floor of the Hamagin Hall to pick-up you Meeting Pass (name card). 

・Since the registration desk will be crowded on the morning of October 21st, we highly recommend that those who arrive earlier make your registration in the afternoon of October 20th. 

On October 21st and October 22nd, on-site registration start at 8:30. 
Please note that due to the convenience of the venue, the entrance will not be unlocked until 8:00. Please note that even if you come earlier than that, you will not be able to enter. 

・Please wear your name card at all time in the Venue.

・Wi-Fi is available in the meeting venue . 
・SSIDs and passwords will be posted on the bulletin board in the meeting venue. 

・Complimentary coffee and water will be served at the lobby. 

・Drinking is permitted only in the lobby. 

【Beverage service time】11:30-16:30 

Photographing, recording, or videotaping of lectures, poster presentations, and other talks at the venue are not allowed in principle  except during your own presentation. 

 However, the official photographer will take pictures of the venue. 
Photographs taken may be published and archived in public relations magazines, websites, and video services approved by TRC.
