TRC will provide supporting documents for the visa application.
Attendees from overseas, except those from countries and regions exempt from visa requirements must obtain a visa to enter Japan.
If you need a visa, you are responsible for preparing all necessary documents and applying at the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate in your country or region. Since the required documents and the processing time for a visa application vary depending on the applicant’s country or region, we strongly recommend that you prepare well in advance and carefully check all necessary information and requirements before applying.
Please note that TRC will provide only the supporting documents for the visa application, not issue visa itself.

To request the visa supporting documents, please fill out the form below with the necessary documents.
- Scanned copy of your passport ID page
- Copy of Flight e-ticket
- Copy of Accommodation (Booking) Certificate
Those who only require an invitation letter are also requested to submit their request via the form below.

Important notes
・Visa support documents will only be issued to those whose abstracts have been accepted and who have completed registration and payment, excluding those in categories exempt from payment. For all other inquiries, please contact us.
・The registration fee is non-refundable even if you are unable to enter Japan due to reasons such as your visa not being issued in time, your visa application being denied, or any other circumstances, despite having completed your registration.
・If you cancel your travel to Japan after applying for a visa using the support documents issued by TRC, we may report your cancellation to the embassy or consulate where you submitted your visa application.
