Registration:

We kindly request that you register through the link provided below by September 6, 2023. The registration fee is 5,000 yen; however, it is free for students.

Abstract submission:

Participants who wish to make presentations are requested to download the abstract template from the link above, follow the instructions on the template, overwrite their abstract in the downloaded file, and submit it through the form below. The submitted files should be in both Word and PDF formats, with filenames that clearly indicate the presenter's name. Please note that due to the limited number of oral presentation slots, the majority of presentations will be delivered as posters.

Accommodation:

For this workshop, we ask that participants arrange their own accommodations. However, for your convenience, we have provided a list of recommended hotels along with their website information. These hotels are located near the workshop venue and have good access to transportation. For further details about each hotel, please contact the hotels directly. We kindly request that you make reservations directly through each hotel’s website or by phone.
